Blogging can enhance the profile of your Business - here's why

Who do clients buy from?  They buy from people.

This means that building relationships with the people who are likely to be your customer, or who you would like to be your customer, is important.

How do we do this?

We do this by understanding who ore customer is and what they care about.   There may be a few who will swoon over the technical specification of your latest product, but that will only work for a few.

The rest of us?  Well, we buy from people who resonate with us.

My top tip is to start a conversation.  A staggeringly high number of us search for information on the internet, so where better to connect with them?

So far so good, but that's only part of the story.  The content you create needs to be compelling.  Not only that, it needs to be engaging and relatable.  The easiest way to achieve this is through storytelling.

Now that you have your target customer interested, you need to maintain that interest by engaging with them.  Don't simply churn out data, that will be forgotten as soon as they have closed the browser, or worse still, they have disengaged before your great offer.

Make your platform interactive so that customers can leave comments, give feedback, or ask questions.  This engagement  will build trust with potential customers and they will develop trust in your brand and your products.

For repeat business start to build a community, whether that be on Facebook, X or Insta, or wherever  target your demographic hangs out.   This will foster brand loyalty, and customers will repeatedly choose you over competitors.

Finally, language is important.  The tone you use helps you to connect.  During one pitch, I was once told I could sell snow to the Eskimos - given that sales is not my favourite topic, I took that to be a compliment.
